However, you can be transferred to another class on customer request valid for 3 months from date of first purchase. Request should be made before 3 days of scheduled Healing Workshops & Trainings. NIRVANA HEALING FREQUENCY has discretion to accept request for accommodation into another workshops & Trainings.
- There is No REFUND for Digital/ Downloadable & Customized Products purchased.
- There is refund for physical product, Only if they delivered faulty. One have to inform us within 3 days of receiving the product/s. No refund will be initiated on expiry of 3 DAYS.
- All refunds will be processed directly to your card or bank via the payment method selected by you at checkout. It may take up to 2-4 weeks for the amount to be credited to your account.
